Has any one tried building with baled newspaper. We already = build with baled straw, and baled paper is very solidly packed in brick = shape. So it would stand to reason that in areas of the country where = straw is not readilly (cheaply) accesible, say near a city, old baled = newspapers would be. they could be stacked like strawbales, covered in = stucco or earth render and protected with elastomeric coating.
